Halley's method Calculator

Calculates the root of the equation f(x)=0 from the given function f(x) and its derivatives f’(x) and f’’(x) using Halley’s method.

f(x)
f'(x)
f''(x)
    1. initial solution

I just keep getting an "n error" message which tells me nothing. And when I chance my initial condition (to one I don't need) the error goes away.
    My f(x) = atan(x)
    f'(x) = 1/((x^2)+1)
    f''(x) = (-2*x)/ (((x^2)+1)^2)
    and x_0 = 1.5.

The calculator just will not do it.
