Moonrise times aren''t displaying in some date ranges. The calculator is undependable.

For example: Location -84.387982, 33.748995 Atlanta, GA USA, TZ -5, DST OFF.

The Moonrise time is given as "----" for the consecutive dates: Nov 10, 2017 through Nov 16, 2017.
Finally, on Nov 17, 2017, the Moonrise is given correctly as: 6:14.

The Moonrise time is given as "----" because there is no moonrise on Nov 10, 2017.

Request: It would be useful to be able to enter time/date/location and get azimuth and elevation (not just at moonrise, culmination, & moonset, but also at arbitrary times).
