- What is the formula for the Phase of the parallel RC circuit? On the page I see φ = 1/ 2πFL. If I input that I get the wrong phase. -90° comes out as 90°. MY exact formula is as follows: Arctan(-(1 /2πFL)) * (180 / π) to get the radians to degrees. Am I missing something? All the other pages seem to work but this one is missing something, or maybe it's me.
