    Was wondering howmuch calory intake i need if i cycle 2x a day for ~1 hour each way to stay into shape and not lose excesive weight. Also is quite handy to sort of track howmany km/week i cycle wich apears to be nearly 300Km. To think i could cycle trough my entire country's long side in a week... might be a nice summer idea.
