    I have been running for nearly 15 years at 10-20K per day with a 25lb rucksack 4-5x per week. I just like toying with calculators on-line to figure out caloric burn with added weight. This one is fine. Caveat: this is straight-line flat running. It doesn't account for elevation change. I usually climb 400-700 feet and get about 15% more calorie burn per the ol' Apple Watch.
