- To estimate the amount of calories utilized during a variety of sports activities. Very useful, thank you for sharing.

- I like the one-stop approach for the caloric expenditures. I am curious why you have opted to not include strength training (weightlifting), and or Crossfit, or HIIT (high-intensity interval training)?

- I walk regularly, swim once a week (training, cycle once a week (40km+) and row, either 10km on the water or 5km on the ergo (indoor rowing) and want to compare them. You have myriads of sports but no rowing, one of the healthiest. Why?

- To see how many cals burned through tennis

- I think your estimate of calories burned for 120 mins of tennis is based on singles at a hard pace - (839 cals) - other calcs I have used have a variety of tennis levels. 2 hours for me would be more like 400-550 for singles at the pace and level I play at. Doubles is also v different from singles.
